Developed a clinic management system with a real-world client to optimize their business process.

Features

• Led a team of 5 developers to develop a full-stack web application using React-TS - Vite, Java SpringBoot and Java SpringSecurity and MySQL
• Analyzed and designed a business solution along with an actual client to improve operational efficiency with the use of digital tools.
• Developed a comprehensive Patient Management System for management of patient information
• Developed reusable PDFs to process claim forms

Challenge

The main struggle was the justification of the system with the client. Since it was our first time, it was really hard to ''sell'' a business solution to a traditional based business because their traditional way is evidently working and functioning.

Solution

The solution was to emphasize the ease of use and how the business is able to generate more profit by taking advantage of a digital solution
