Description

Developed a clinic management system with a real-world client to optimize their business process. This is also a project where we have a real-world client where we are creating a digital solution. This project has also pushed me to learn enterprise-level concepts that can be applied in real-world scalable applications, it introduced me to proper error/exception handling, proper modeling techniques, pros & cons of object-relational mapping, and web securityfilterchain with Spring Boot.

Features

• Led a team of 5 developers to develop a full-stack web application using React-TS - Vite, Java SpringBoot and Java SpringSecurity and MySQL
• Analyzed and designed a business solution along with an actual client to improve operational efficiency with the use of digital tools.
• Developed a comprehensive Patient Management System for management of patient information
• Developed reusable PDFs to process claim forms

Challenge

The main struggle was the justification of the system with the client. Since it was our first time, it was really hard to ''sell'' a business solution to a traditional based business because their traditional way is evidently working and functioning.

Solution

The solution was to emphasize the ease of use and how the business is able to focus their time and energy on other sectors of their business instead of wasting energy in a repetitive process that can be automated and digitalized. The system was handed over to the clients for further use and adoption.
